Simple and Continuous Forms






            1( We can use the simple or the continuous form of action verbs:

                I cleaned my room yesterday.
                I am cleaning my room now.




            2( We usually use the simple form rather than the continuous form of state verbs:

                I don’t know the name of the street.
                Kids love chocolate.
